Our 60-Day & 90-Day Wedding Coordination services are designed for couples who’ve completed most of the planning but want an experienced professional to bring everything together flawlessly. We step in two months before your wedding to manage final vendor coordination, fine-tune timelines, and ensure your wedding day unfolds as you envisioned.

Partial Planning
beginning at $5,500++
Includes full Coordination package, monthly check-ins, vendor procurement for up to 2-3 vendors (we shortlist 3 per category from our vetted list), review contracts, and attend all vendor meetings. Typically starts 6–8 months before the date.

Full Planning
starting at $12,000++
Includes vendor selection, budget management, and design. It also includes everything in the Coordination package plus monthly check-ins and vendor meetings. Starts 8–12+ months before the wedding.

NYC Elopement Package (Officiant)
starting at $300++
Simple Wedding Ceremony with 1–2 witnesses in NYC. Perfect for small, intimate gatherings: parks, courthouses, rooftops, apartments, or small venues. Ideal for elopements and micro-weddings with minimal decor and no rehearsal. Also available for same-day or short-notice ceremonies (subject to availability).

Fully customized ceremony — includes a couples’ questionnaire, final details call, travel, mic check, and license signing.

Express Marriage License Signing Services. No formal ceremony beyond essential formalities, includes signing and mailing of the marriage license.

1-hour consultation plus planning support — usable for scheduled calls and/or ongoing email guidance within a single one-week email thread. Ideal for couples planning on their own who want professional advice or help.

Please note we do not place any holds or save dates. We work on a first come, first serve basis.
Additionally, all services booked under 60 days are due in full in order to confirm.

Depending on the scope of services, we’ll typically schedule our first call anywhere from 30 to 90 days before your wedding. Please review your contract and booking details.
